By creating an account, customers can specify a job, instantly receive a quote online, pay for it securely and generate a work order. The details of that work order are immediately fed to individual workstations throughout the production line at The Drawer Depot. At each of seven critical checkpoints, the work order is scanned, triggering an email to the customer, alerting him or her to the status of the job. This continues through to shipping, when the customer receives confirmation that the shipment has been picked up and a tracking number is generated.
