Returns & Cancellations

Cancellations & Modifications To Your Order

If you need to cancel or modify your order, you must contact us via email at or call us at (619)873-4240 within 24 hours.


Due to the nature of our business, once an order has entered the production stages, it’s possible it may not be modified or cancelled. Cancellations and modifications of these items may incur charges up to full price depending on where they are in the manufacturing chain.


If your order consisted solely of pre-made items, hardware, and/or tools, you may cancel and/or modify your order if it has not been shipped. If you cancel an order of this nature after it has been shipped, you will be responsible for shipping fees and may be charged a 20% restocking fee.



We do not accept returns on custom doors, drawer fronts, drawer boxes, etc. when the reason for the return is customer error because these items cannot be re-sold. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your order, please feel free to contact us so we can discuss the issues at hand.


Returns are accepted in the presence of faulty production of the product.


Hinges, slides, and other hardware items that are new and resellable can be returned. Returns will be credited upon receipt and inspection. Credit (purchase price minus taxes (if applicable), original Shipping & Handling charge and a 20% restocking fee) will be issued in the same form as payment received.


Shipping of items back to The Drawer Depot must be paid for by the customer unless the return is due to faulty production. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for paying shipping fees and must use a trackable courier. For example, FedEx. The items must be unused.


Hardware purchased through our combo specials/discounted pricing is final sale and can not be returned.


After 30 days, no returns will be accepted.


Damaged/Defective Items

In the event your items arrive damaged or defective (pictures must be provided), we will happily send you an exact replacement at no additional cost. No damaged or defective item claims will be accepted after 5 days from date of delivery.



Once a returned item has been received at our distribution center, it will take 7-10 business days to receive your refund. If you have a question about your refund, please contact us at or call (619) 873-4240.
